Shipping by Machine Type:

For Large Machines:

We typically use freight trucking services. Depending on the circumstances, the machine may be transported as part of a larger load or via a dedicated truck. Please note that unloading at the delivery site is the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

For Medium Machines:

We rely on transport companies specializing in collective shipments, as these machines are often too large for standard courier services.

For Small Machines:

Courier services can be used for smaller machines. However, for some EU countries, we collaborate with transport companies that may offer faster or more cost-effective options. We are happy to discuss these alternatives with you to ensure the best solution.

For Sensitive Machines:

We prioritize proper packaging to protect sensitive equipment. This includes customized packaging such as wooden crates, padded boxes, or specialty foam cutouts. Please note that specialized packaging may extend the dispatch time, but we will inform you of any delays in advance. In some cases, an additional charge may apply for this packaging.

Insured Shipping

We can arrange insured shipping for your equipment to provide extra peace of mind during transit.

Self-Organized Shipping Options

If you prefer to arrange your own shipping, you are welcome to do so. You may pick up the machine yourself or send your own transport company to collect it from our warehouse.

Please make sure that additional customs fees can be applicable in case you order from outside the EU.
