The machine is in a process of refurbishing in our workshop.
The machine can erect trays like C-1 and platform trays (optional with double wall on shorter side)
Speed from 1100 to 1700 trays/hour (depends on blank dimensions and tray construction)
Minimum dimension of blank: 500x400mm
Maximum dimension of blank: 1300x1100mm
Minimum tray dimension: 300x200x70mm
Maximum tray dimension: 600x600x250mm
For trays lower than 100mm a Low tray kit will be needed which is not
included to this price)
Size changeover time: 20-40min.
Construction of additional former is possible (not included to this
price) based on your blanks.

Air: 8 bar, around 600 liters/min
We can offer installation and further support, services and spare parts.
Before buying please take in consideration that it would be the best if
you could send us a pallet of blanks so we can test it at our facility.
Blanks will be also needed to produce the former head or we can offer an
adjustable forming head. More info on request.
