The temperature-compensated vacuum gauge is equipped with a Piezo (rough vacuum) / Pirani (fine vacuum) combination sensor and is used for total vacuum measurement. It can be used as a mobile hand-held gauge or as an instrument permanently integrated into a system. The integrated memory function stores up to 2000 measured values. Via the USB interface; stored measured values can be transferred to a PC; online pressure measurements can be carried out; and measured data can be exported.
